While there were some positive aspects, my overall experience with Outlook Properties highlighted areas that require improvement. The transaction process raised concerns around communication, coordination, and consistency. After the deal was agreed, engagement from the agent reduced noticeably, and there were delays linked to documentation and overall process management. The handover stage in particular lacked structure. A more organised walkthrough and clearer coordination would have significantly improved the experience and ensured a smoother transition. That said, the company did take steps to address an issue identified after handover, which I appreciate. For a transaction of this scale, I would expect a higher level of proactivity, communication, and attention to detail throughout the process. Based on my experience, I would encourage the agency to strengthen their service standards, particularly around client communication, arraigning and communication documentation and fees in timely manner and handover procedures.
