a month agoBe very careful before renting through Al Khail Real Estate. In my experience, they did not return my AED 2,000 security deposit. Instead, they sent me a contractor’s quotation for AED 5,040 and asked me to pay the remaining balance. The quotation includes several items that I dispute and that appear to be general maintenance or renovation rather than damage caused by me. Their follow-up is also extremely poor. I contacted them repeatedly before the renewal but received no response, so I eventually decided to move out. I will not give up my deposit and will file a formal complaint with the Dubai Rental Disputes Center.
