AlBarsha1.ae is an online directory and community guide for Al Barsha 1, Dubai. We help people find local businesses, services, places and news, and we let users share reviews and businesses add listings.
We are an information platform. We don’t own, run or control the businesses listed on the site.
2. Who Can Use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, post a review or add a listing. By using these features, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to accept these Terms. If you use the site for a business, you also confirm that you have the authority to act for that business.
3. Your Account
- Give accurate and current information when you sign up.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account.
- One person or business should not hold multiple accounts to mislead others.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- Break any UAE law, including laws on cybercrime, defamation, privacy and public morals
- Post false, misleading, abusive, hateful, threatening or obscene content
- Post spam, fake reviews or reviews written in exchange for payment or rewards without telling us

- Use the site to promote illegal products or services
5. Content You Post
“User content” means anything you submit, such as reviews, comments, photos, and listing details.
- You own your content. But by posting it, you give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide right to display, store, adapt and share it on AlBarsha1.ae and in our promotion of the site.
- You are responsible for it. You promise that your content is true to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to share it, and that it doesn’t break anyone’s rights or the law.
- We may remove content. We can edit, refuse or remove any content that breaks these Terms or our Review and Content Moderation Policy and Listing Guidelines, without notice.
6. Business Listings
Businesses can add or claim listings under our Listing Guidelines. If you submit a listing, you promise that the information is accurate, that you are allowed to submit it, and that your business follows UAE laws and holds any licenses it needs.
We may review, edit, reject, feature or remove listings at our discretion. A listing on our site doesn’t mean we recommend or approve that business.
7. Reviews and Ratings
Reviews show the opinions of users, not ours. We don’t check every review before or after it appears. Please read our Review and Content Moderation Policy to see how we handle reviews and what to do if you think a review is unfair or false.
8. Dealing With Businesses
Some listings may link to booking, ordering or contact tools. When you contact, book with or buy from a business, your agreement is only between you and that business. We are not a party to it and we aren’t responsible for the quality, safety, price or legality of what the business offers. Please check details directly with the business.
9. Third-Party Links and Ads
Our site includes links to other websites and may display ads from third parties. We don’t control these websites or ads and we aren’t responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. See our Advertising and Affiliate Disclosure for more.
10. Our Intellectual Property
The site’s design, logo, layout, text we write, and the way our directory is organized belong to AlBarsha1.ae or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy or reuse our content for other purposes without our written permission.
If you believe something on our site infringes your copyright, please follow our Copyright and DMCA Policy.
11. Availability of the Site
We work to keep the site running, but we can’t promise it will always be available, error-free or secure. We may change, pause or stop parts of the site at any time.
