I just want to share my experience with Aster Al Barsha Clinic. Whenever we ask for a specific prescription medication, they still keep adding supplements or other medicines that are not covered by our insurance, which causes us to pay unnecessary copayments. What is frustrating is that when we ask the pharmacy staff to remove the medicines we did not request, they try hard to convince us to take them instead of simply respecting the patient’s request. They only remove them once they realize the patient is already upset. Another issue is the long waiting time for insurance approval because they keep resubmitting approvals multiple times. This process wastes a lot of the patient’s time and creates unnecessary stress. I hope the clinic improves this practice and becomes more transparent and respectful of patients’ requests and insurance coverage.

Worst service ever do not visit this clinic at all , i am the one who should follow up and find out my tests are not send to the lab

I would like to thank Dr.Seema mam, for making my pregnancy journey smooth and reassuring from day one. She always guided me on the right path with so much care and patience. Her warm smile and kindness during every visit made me feel comfortable and confident throughout. Truly grateful for all her support and care. Special mention to the whole team who was always kind which made each visit comfortable.

Very disappointing experience at this clinic. I had pre-booked physiotherapy sessions for severe neck pain. When I called 5 hours in advance to prepone, I was made to wait 5 hour and no one call , and upon arrival, I was told my sessions had expired showing poor coordination internally. The response from the branch manager Feba, was dismissive and lacked basic empathy. As a patient in pain, this was extremely frustrating when she said with a cold reply I’d have many patients so slots are not available thus you lost your sessions. If this much patient should have not took my physiotherapy session I would gone in another clinic who can care all their patients as important as one and make a slot for them. Understand their pain Management should seriously look into improving patient care and communication. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
