in the last weekThey have a good variety of gym equipment and machines, and there are plenty of treadmills, so that’s a plus. The main thing I don’t like is that the floor is uneven in some areas. It also gets pretty crowded during peak hours, especially around 9 PM. The washrooms, showers, and changing rooms are acceptable and do the job. The biggest advantage is definitely the price... at AED 150 per month, it’s affordable. The elevator can be annoying though, especially when you’re trying to leave or go up to the gym, since you sometimes have to wait a while for it. Overall, it’s a decent and affordable gym with plenty of equipment, but it can get crowded and has a few small inconveniences.

2 weeks ago⚠️ I strongly recommend thinking twice before joining this gym. When you are trying to join, the staff are extremely polite and welcoming. But once you become a member, the experience can be completely different. I joined the gym and paid for 2 months. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, I had to travel back to my country and requested them to freeze my membership while I was away. To my surprise, they asked me to pay AED 50 for EACH month just to freeze the membership. Honestly, this feels extremely unfair and unreasonable. I have never come across a gym charging such a high fee simply to pause a membership, especially when the member is temporarily unable to use the facility. A gym should focus on treating customers fairly, not finding additional ways to charge them. Very disappointed, extremely dissatisfied, and completely unhappy with their terms and conditions. I would strongly advise others to carefully check all their membership terms and freezing/cancellation charges before signing up.

a month agoI have had a mixed experience at this gym. On the positive side, the reception team is wonderful—farooq in particular deserves recognition for his great customer service and friendly demeanor. On the negative side, management needs to address the behavior of one of the gym trainers (an Egyptian guy). His approach lacks professional boundaries and fairness. He spends his shift being overly touchy and smiling with female gym-goers while offering assistance, yet gives dirty looks or cold responses when male members ask a quick question about exercise form. Equal respect and professional training advice should be provided to all members.
