I scheduled a meeting with HOP Rocks to discuss SEO services, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. I received a call only 10 minutes before the meeting time informing me that the team member was on a shoot and could not attend. Canceling at the last minute felt unprofessional, especially for an initial consultation. First impressions matter, and if communication and scheduling are handled this way at the beginning, it raises concerns about long-term service reliability. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.
