BABA LAUNDRY

I would like to file a complaint about your employee, Mudan, at Baba Laundry in Al Barsha (Al Baqali Building). This was my first time using your laundry service. On July 5, I dropped off my clothes and asked Mudan when they would be ready. He told me it would take 2–4 days. He took all my details, including my phone number, building, and room number, so I expected my laundry would be delivered once it was ready. After more than a week, I still had not received my clothes, so I went to the shop. Instead of apologizing, Mudan sarcastically told me that I should have called to remind them to deliver my laundry. I was shocked by his attitude. If that is your policy, why was all of my contact information collected in the first place? I asked him to arrange the delivery, but another week passed and I still received nothing. When I returned again, Mudan was once again rude and unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility, he blamed me and made excuses. He argued with me, spoke disrespectfully, and showed no customer service skills or basic manners. This experience was extremely disappointing. Your delivery system is poorly managed, and your employee’s behavior was unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase after their own laundry or be blamed for your staff’s mistakes. I will never use Baba Laundry again. I hope the owner takes customer complaints seriously, provides proper customer service training to the staff, and improves the delivery system. Poor service, poor communication, and an unprofessional attitude are not acceptable especially for an expensive service.

I got in touch with baba laundry through a friend, but it was a mistake contacting them to pick up my stuffs. At first they told me they were coming in the evening to pick up my clothes but didn’t come when I reach out to them I was told their car had an accident and they were coming the next day, I reach out to them again and they said we will come in the evening no specific time was given. They came at 10:30pm of which I was still at work and I told them let me send someone to give you the clothes. The staff was very rude telling me to get the another laundry

Been using them for almost 2 years! Nothing beats Baba Laundry!
