a week agocan someone please get back to me? ive called tuesday the customer service asked me to check my credit score and prepare the required documents in order to proceed and once i had them and said that everything checks out they said ill get a callback in two days notice, and Wednesday, yestereday i called to ask why hasnt anyone called me back yet even though i spoke to different people reminding them how urgent it is to finish the process and to ask when is someone going to call me back so i can proceed wiith the loan and all im receiving is “someone will call, ive made a request”. i think i have at least 5 requests submitted until now. im trying to get it done before next week. so can you please get back to me as soon as possible. and j sent an email same minute ticket requested then ticket closed?
