in the last weekI would like to express my disappointment with my recent experience at this branch regarding a local transfer. Both the teller staff and the operations manager did not know how to check if a person has signing authority in the system which is still valid. When I informed them that I regularly do this transaction at other branches, the teller simply told me to go and do it at another branch instead of resolving it. I was really disappointed with the level of service and lack of basic knowledge. Really do not want to give even one star rating.
