4 months agoConfirmed on WhatsApp the price for washing and ironing 2 suits, and was told the total is 31. After finishing, they asked for double and called it a “misunderstanding.” I asked clearly and confirmed twice! this is misleading. I wouldn’t have agreed if I knew the real price. Despite this being entirely their mistake, they offered NO discount on amount I wasn’t prepared to pay. Very disappointing.

11 months agoI recently availed their shoe cleaning service through WhatsApp, and the whole process was seamless. Scheduling the pick-up and delivery was very easy—they collect your shoes and you only pay upon delivery. My three pairs of sneakers came back looking as good as new, each one neatly packed. Their pricing is also very reasonable and competitive compared to others. Plus, even though their shop is in Al Barsha, they conveniently cater to customers in DIFC. Overall, a smooth and highly satisfying experience! 👍
