2 months agoUnprofessional, ill mannered people. Gave wrong car at first, full of cigarette smell then didn’t answer to requests to change the car till very late and finally changed the car which was out of alignment. The driver who came to pickup last by name of Rey Genito was very rude and sarcastic and tried to find faults in the car so many times but couldn’t find any. Customer service people did not care for what happened and justified their faults and were arrogant and greedy. Worst company for rentals overall.

5 months agoAfter 3 months of correspondence with the Amex company, my deposit was returned to me. Amex stopped responding to my messages and did not plan to refund the money. Thanks to Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism – Consumer Protection. If you have any similar problems, please contact them. Think 100 times before you rent a car in Amex!!!
