a week agoThe hotel exploits its guests; the parking service is the worst. Anyone who books a room should be entitled to a parking space, yet here, they exploit the lower-level parking area by charging 10 AED per hour. Meanwhile, the free parking available to guests accommodates only seven vehicles—most of which are occupied by staff rather than guests. I was turned away and spent over an hour searching for a spot elsewhere, only to return to a shock: they had reported my car for remaining in the parking area for just 22 minutes and fined me 500 AED. This is completely excessive, and it was the worst treatment I have ever experienced.
