in the last weekOverall, I had a good experience at Grand Excelsior The hotel is quite large, and the room was spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable — there are wider and narrower bed options, so it’s worth checking when making your booking. The bathroom includes both a bathtub and a shower area. Basic amenities are provided, including shampoo, lotion, and shower gel, as well as tea, coffee, and complimentary water. However, items like a toothbrush and some additional personal amenities are not provided, and towels are limited (usually one or two). The reception staff are polite and pleasant. They follow hotel policies quite strictly, but they are professional and helpful. Parking is something to know in advance: there are only a few free indoor parking spots on B1 (around 8), and they are usually full unless you arrive early. B2 parking is paid, and there is also paid street parking outside with plenty of available spaces. One tip for future guests: if you prefer a quieter stay, it’s better to choose a room on the higher floors. On lower floors (1st–4th), you may hear more noise from downstairs and surrounding hotel activity. Overall, my impression was positive — comfortable beds, clean and spacious rooms, and a pleasant stay if you know what to expect in advance.

in the last weekThere is no parking and was told to pay 50 for paid parking which all hotel should have own parking for customers. No towels available in the room. Carpet seems to be greesy and not cleaned or maintained. We were given towel not even enough to hold my hair. Very old tv. And remotes and telephone seem to be not sanitized every time people are checked out. Blankets have some stains. No management.

in the last weekI had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the service. A special thanks to Rania, the Reception Manager. She is incredibly polite, professional, and very helpful. Her elegant and respectful manner made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back again.
