Al Barsha Garage

I had a great experience with Al Barsha Garage. The team was professional, honest, and efficient throughout the entire service. They explained the work clearly, completed everything on time, and my vehicle now runs perfectly.

I took my car to Al Barsha Garage for an inspection and oil change. After leaving the garage and while driving on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, I started hearing a loud, unusual noise coming from underneath the car, like a grinding or crackling sound with a distinct whistling sound. This prompted me to stop and investigate the source of the problem. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the undercarriage cover hadn't been properly installed or secured after the service. I returned to the garage, where I was informed that it was due to the technician's oversight and that it had been reinstalled. In my opinion, this was a serious oversight, as such matters related to vehicle safety should be checked before handing the vehicle over to the customer. Had I continued driving for a longer period, the problem could have posed a risk on the road or caused damage to the vehicle. I am sharing this experience to raise awareness among customers about the importance of verifying all work performed after maintenance, and I hope that the garage will pay closer attention to final inspection procedures and quality control in the future. --- I took my vehicle to Al Barsha Garage for an inspection and oil change. The noise was serious enough that I had to stop and investigate. I later discovered that an underbody panel/cover had not been properly secured after the service. When I returned to the garage, I was informed that it had simply been overlooked and they reattached it. In my opinion, this was a concerning mistake because vehicle safety-related items should be carefully checked before a car is returned to a customer. Had I continued driving, the loose panel could potentially have created a road hazard or caused damage to the vehicle. I am sharing this experience to encourage greater attention to quality control and final inspections. I also recommend that customers double-check service work before leaving any workshop.

Reccomend this place, staff is friendly and great service

The car was handed over in a dirty condition and no protective plastic was placed inside to prevent dirt from shoes. The bumper mudguard was also not properly secured. A bit more attention to detail and customer satisfaction is expected after a service ,rather than focusing only on suggesting additional work and increasing costs
