Where exactly is the garage located?
Even though it's called "Al Barsha," the actual workshop is right next door in Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai. You'll find us on 28B Street—just look for landmarks like Element Middle East and Indigo Car Rental, and we're right there beside them.
What kinds of vehicles and repairs do you handle?
We're a multi-brand workshop, so we work on pretty much any light-duty passenger car, SUV, or commercial vehicle out there. Our services cover everything from general mechanical fixes and routine oil changes to computer diagnostics and full-on bodywork and accident restoration. Basically, if it needs fixing, we've got it covered.
When are you open, and do I need to book in advance?
We're open Monday through Saturday, from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, and we're closed on Sundays. For basic maintenance or diagnostics, you're welcome to just drive in. But if you're planning on major mechanical work or body repairs, we'd strongly recommend giving us a call beforehand to book a slot—that way, you won't have to wait around.

2 months agoThe car was handed over in a dirty condition and no protective plastic was placed inside to prevent dirt from shoes. The bumper mudguard was also not properly secured. A bit more attention to detail and customer satisfaction is expected after a service ,rather than focusing only on suggesting additional work and increasing costs
