If I can give zero I would! Worst sales and customer service experience I have ever seen in my life and I have lived in 4 continents! I had to pay titanium membership because as per the “staff” it is the only way to access the gym . and in less than a week they gave a deal to others to spend 40% less and access the same gym with home memebership only. and according to them it’s because people didn’t sign for gym and because of war (which started more than 50 days before my membership) because it’s expensive.. I tried explaining that I can’t be treated differently just because I was eager to join the gym but the staff kept trying to make up stories about it and lie to my face for the second time and everytime I tell them you are lying they try to make a new lie.. as a member in gyms all my life for more than 20 years of which last 10 years in Canada I have never seen staff dealing with customers in very unprofessional manner and I don’t understand why am I paying such a big amount of money for , if this is the staff that I have to deal with everyday! Update: Adding to that the incompetency of the branch manager who does not even care about its customers! She ran away and left the discussion to the staff.. then upon complaining to the gym and to the email that they have provided , I received an email that case is closed and someone would investigate it and reach to me.. which is very Shady to me from a corporate that should respect the international brand they represent.. I have already filed a complaint with authorities of Dubai as a consumer and if that is how staff and management deal with customers I would not be interested to continue going there just another update: nobody contacted me from either branch or headoffice. after several follow ups, another junior employee started re-iterating the same lies again to me.. there is zero respect to the customers

Hala is an amazing Zumba instructor! 💃🔥 Her energy makes every class so much fun and a great workout. Please bring back the LS Mile Pilates class — it was the best! ✨ Totally recommend her classes!
