If I had NEGTIVE STAR I would use that, Absolutely one of the worst car leasing experiences we have ever had. We rented a white Geely from June 2025 to October 2025. During this period, we temporarily left the UAE for holiday, and the vehicle was legally parked at our accommodation. The keys were locked securely inside our home, with absolutely no friends, family, or third parties able to access the property. Without proper notification, authorization, or reasonable communication, the company tracked the vehicle’s location, recovered it without our presence, and it was never returned to us. Financially: • AED 2,200 paid one month in advance • AED 1,500 security deposit paid upfront To this day, neither the advance payment nor the deposit has been properly returned. Even worse, our personal belongings — including luggage and other items inside the vehicle — were also taken with the car. When we returned to the UAE in January 2026 and visited their office in person, we were repeatedly dismissed with “management” excuses, with staff constantly shifting blame and refusing to provide clear answers or proper escalation. We never had outstanding fines or unresolved payments when we left. The experience was deeply frustrating, unprofessional, and honestly felt exploitative. Front desk staff were particularly rude, dismissive, and at times aggressively intimidating rather than helpful. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution others before leasing from Quick Lease. We felt ignored, disrespected, and financially wronged. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. They owe us 3700 aed plus all our items and personal belongings!!!

The transaction is smooth, in terms of inquiring thru online, from the office until you get the car, fast and smooth. Thanks for all the staff who make it possible, especially to Mr Muhammad Yasir.

Car lease , what a refreshing experience I just encountered whilst booking a car… contrary to that of a competitor who just alienated me further and further. I also saved 500 aed per month into the bargain. Ask for Sheryar and thank me later.
