I wanted to leave a 5-star review for Faster Rent a Car and especially Adam, even though I didn’t end up renting a car from them. From the very beginning, Adam went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. He was always quick to respond, kept me updated throughout my search and continuously suggested alternative options based on exactly what I was looking for. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They have an amazing collection of cars and it’s clear they genuinely care about helping customers find the right one rather than just making a sale. Although I ended up going with a different option, the level of service I received deserved to be recognised. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Faster Rent a Car Dubai and especially Adam to anyone looking to rent a car in Dubai. Thank you again for all your help!

Where do I even start...... Verbally abusive staff when dropping of car the driver was really rude Also threatened to call police because I was recording him for my own protection after being verbally abused by him I didn't not know this is how they treat there customers We could tell the driver did not want to give us the car and also called up the office saying we was a problem We are from London and we did not know this is how we would be treated on a holiday to Dubai Everytime we seemed to have a problem I've always got a late reply but soon as it's a issue they need resolved I won't be left alone. Don't go to this rental they just spray there alloys with cheap spray paint and make u pay 500+ in damages it really isn't worth it Save ur time and money guys You won't regret it.
