in the last weekNot quite a guest friendly hotel, have recieved a delayed or forgotten service most of the time. They have not even povided chairs for their receptionists to sit at the reception while they have spare time. Room was not cleaned properly and water was not provided on a daily basis without asking. Overall just fine!

in the last weekI am a guest at this hotel, and I witnessed one of the most humiliating scenes of my life. A delivery driver was sitting on the sofa with an order waiting for a guest, and the security guard told him to get off the sofa because he was not allowed to sit there. The guy simply got up from the sofa, and as a guest, I felt extremely bad watching that scene. A hotel that treats people like trash should never have anyone’s money. When I reported the situation to Manager Ahmed, they simply normalized it. One of the most stupid scenes I have ever witnessed, and I have stayed in many hotels in Dubai. Horrible racism and prejudice, it should be a crime to treat people that way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL!
