a week agoThe developer says the quality is simply crap, and people like Zhanna ruin their reputation. They lie constantly. I accepted an apartment through a company with 49 problem sheets. I asked them to send me the progress report, but they started lying and won't let me in to inspect the apartment anymore. They treat me like cattle. I don't recommend working with them; all projects are overdue by more than a year.

2 weeks agoGiven my experience with the snagging, the state of the property during the snagging, the delay in responding to concerns, defects and even emails; i would not recommend them. The no feeback i experience is almost a policy by now.
