a week agoI had a very disappointing experience with this institute. Before enrolling, I clearly asked Raj via WhatsApp( several times) and over the pone as well if the certificate offered was a CCXP certificate issued or approved by KHDA, and he confirmed that it was. Based on this assurance, I went ahead and made the payment. However, after completing the process, I realized that the certificate is not CCXP certificate that was promised. This is very misleading and unprofessional. As a student, I trusted the information given to me, especially since I had never done this certification before. It is the responsibility of the institute to provide accurate and honest details, not to mislead clients just to secure payment. I have requested a refund and will escalate this matter to the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) and Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism if it is not resolved. I strongly advise others to double-check all claims before enrolling.

2 weeks agoI am jagat kaphle. Really I am very proud of Svarna institute as a part a student. I feel comfortable to learn new things and make new skills. I have completed my training for accounts course recently and recommends everyone to join. They have really practical and lively trainers which makes it easy to learn even for the beginners.
