I recently visited this salon and did not have a pleasant experience . To top it all I was asked to pay AED 1000 for the services I used which next day became AED 750. I see such amazing marketing of this salon on social media but the impression and service when I got there was nothing like the social media posts. I was asked to sit on a chair for my hair colour service which was filled with a previous clients hair. Then I went for a hair wash after the colour application and the hairstylist and nail artists were fighting as she wanted me to come do nails first. Finally I was moved to do my nails and literally my hair cut was happening at the nail bar with all my hair falling on my freshly painted nails. Due to so much unnecessary multitasking, my colour output was not what I asked for. I was then told they would correct it and also give me a free hair treatment. Today upon booking the same, I was asked to pay for a free service they offered me and the lady at the reception told me why do you always want free stuff when I paid AED 1000 for same services that were AED 750 the next day. To have such level of customer service in a place like Dubai is really shocking. Extremely unsatisfactory experience at this Salon.

I had booked an appointment for hair cut which includes shampooing, blow dry and styling. Due to inability to find parking outside their salon, I was late by a couple of minutes to the salon. Upon reaching they all seemed to be in a hurry and asked me if I needed to wash my hair or if we could skip that step entirely. After shampooing my hair they skipped conditioning. Then the stylist Gaith appears looking very aggravated coz he was fasting (which I had no idea about) and was disappointed that I was late by a few minutes. I apologized multiple times and felt guilty, I was even ready to reschedule the appointment but they went on. He barely paid attention to what I was saying and wasn't interested in giving me suggestions either. Just told me to go for a basic cut with the same style I already had but slightly shorter length this time. He and his assistant started detangling my hair so aggressively and constantly pulling my head. They were not at all gentle with my hair and the assistant even gave a sarcastic smile saying my hair was very thick. After the cut Gaith asked me if I wanted a blow dry, I mean it was all included in the package but they didn't want to do it. I said yes coz I can't step out with wet hair and then he immediately said he cannot style it for me just a dry out. He and Ali dried my hair so aggressively that I actually got an headache and until the next day my head was hurting because of all the pulling and pressure. Overall the cut was average which I could've gotten from any other basic salon, nothing extra ordinary about the it. I totally understand they were fasting and were in a hurry for iftar, but then why not reschedule the appointment?! And it's very disappointing to be treated like they're working for free.

Unorganised and average salon. I wanted to get my nails done before the birth of my baby boy and I was looking for a particular nail art. I messaged the salon with the picture and they said they can achieve the result I wanted. After reaching the salon for my appointment as well I asked them again if they were sure and they said yes. 2 technicians started doing my hands and feet and mid way they told me that they might not be able to do nail art at all as the main artist was busy with another customer. When I was upset they said that another technician will do the base and then the art will be done on top. The nail artist initially didn’t achieve the result and was very reluctantly because I don’t think she wanted to take another client in the end of the day of 31st December (although my appointment was for 5pm but she started with me by 6ish) and I asked them why they couldn’t just tell me that they can’t when I asked multiple times as this was for a very special moment of my life. Anyway by the end they somehow did the job but finishing was not good specially for the base. Pedicure was good as only one person did it from start to scratch. I could have achieved this result in any normal salon!! P.S they were not gentle with a 9month pregnant lady. From one side pulling the legs and the other pulling hands just to get the job done quickly and did not even offer water to drink!
