a week agoHad a wonderful experience at La Mer! I booked the Moroccan bath and massage, and everything was amazing. The salon was clean, cozy, and the prices were very reasonable. A special thank you to the receptionist Esta, who kindly gave me a complimentary hair mask. Excellent service I’ll definitely be back!

2 weeks agoI asked for my hair to be washed, rolled, and dried under a steamer. Before I started, I specifically asked if they had a steamer, and they assured me they did and could provide the service. The lady who did my hair was polite and tried her best, but the result was terrible. I spent more than an hour and a half there, only to find out at the end that they didn’t even have a steamer, the very thing I had asked about beforehand. Now I have to wash my hair all over again , roll it and proper blow-dry at home, meaning all that time and money was completely wasted. If you don’t know how to provide a service or don’t have the required equipment, just say so from the beginning instead of wasting a customer’s time. To make matters worse, they still asked me to pay AED 140, including AED 65 just for washing my hair. The receptionist was incredibly rude and didn’t seem to care at all that I hadn’t received the service I requested. I paid for a service that was never actually provided. I would appreciate a full refund. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back.

3 weeks agoI shouldn't have cheaped out to come here. First of all the salon had a bad sewage smell when I entered. It looks okay inside. But the foot tub didn't look maintained. The woman who did my pedicure did a great job and was friendly. But the person who did my nails, messed up my french tips, shape and left bubbles in my nails. She was also not able to do two simple designs I showed her. All I got was a "next time". Not even an apology that they couldn't provide the service. I really wanted to like this place and support the women working here but it wasn't a good experience
