Please read this Disclaimer before you rely on anything you find on AlBarsha1.ae. It explains what our website is, and what it is not.
General Information Only
AlBarsha1.ae is an independent online directory and community guide for Al Barsha 1, Dubai. Everything on the site, including business listings, descriptions, news, guides and reviews, is provided for general information only.
We Try to Be Accurate, But Things Change
We work hard to keep our listings correct. But businesses move, change their prices, close for holidays or shut down without telling anyone. Because of this, we can’t promise that details such as:
- Opening hours
- Phone numbers and addresses
- Prices and offers
- Menus and services
- Ratings and review counts
are always complete, current or error-free. Please call or check with the business before you visit, book or pay.
If you spot a mistake, let us know through our Claim, Correct or Remove a Listing page and we will look into it.
No Endorsement
A business appearing on our site doesn’t mean we recommend, approve, certify or guarantee it. Featured or sponsored listings are clearly labeled and don’t mean we have checked the quality of the business. Choosing to deal with any business is your own decision and your own risk.
User Reviews Are Opinions
Reviews and ratings are written by users. They reflect personal experiences and opinions, not ours. We don’t promise that they are accurate or complete. Read our Review and Content Moderation Policy to learn how we handle them.
Not Professional Advice
Content on our site about property, health, legal matters, finance, education, immigration or any other subject is not professional advice. Always speak to a qualified professional, such as a licensed doctor, lawyer, real estate agent or financial adviser, before making decisions.
Emergencies and Government Services
We are not a government body, and we aren’t connected to Dubai Police, the RTA, DEWA, the Dubai Health Authority or any other official organization, even when we list their offices or services. For official information, use their official websites or hotlines.
In an emergency, call 999 (Police), 998 (Ambulance) or 997 (Fire). Do not use our website to seek emergency help.
External Links and Ads
Our site links to third-party websites and may show third-party ads. We don’t control them and don’t take responsibility for their content, accuracy, products or services. A link or ad is not an endorsement. See our Advertising and Affiliate Disclosure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, AlBarsha1.ae and its team will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind that comes from using our website or relying on its content. This is explained further in our Terms and Conditions.
