Had a great experience at Tunday Kababi! The food was really delicious, full of authentic flavors, and the overall experience was excellent. The service was good, the atmosphere was pleasant, and everything was served nicely. Definitely enjoyed the visit and would love to come again. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys good Indian/Lucknowi food! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very Disappointing Experience at Tunday Kababi, Al Barsha – Staff Behaviour in Particular The biggest issue was the behaviour of the cashier/waiter, Ahmad. The biryani we were served did not taste fresh or satisfactory, so we politely requested not to be charged for that particular dish while being fully willing to pay for everything else. Instead of handling the complaint professionally, Amjad repeatedly argued with us and behaved disrespectfully, particularly towards my wife. He made sarcastic comments such as “Humein biryani ki samajh nahi hai” and “Hum khaate hi nahi biryani, hamara dimaag kharab hai.” These comments were completely inappropriate when a customer was raising a genuine concern. Despite asking for the chef/manager, no one came to properly address the complaint, and Amjad continued arguing with us. There were also concerns about the remaining biryani not being fully packed, as well as unclean/greasy tables, onions that appeared improperly washed, and a strong unpleasant smell around the washroom/restaurant area. The food issue could have been resolved easily, but Ahmd’s attitude and disrespectful behaviour turned it into a very unpleasant experience. I strongly recommend management review the CCTV and speak to Amjad and the staff involved. Customer complaints should be handled professionally, not through arguments and sarcastic remarks.

Had a wonderful dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious and full of authentic flavours. The Mutton Galawati Kebab, Sheermal, Mughlai Paratha, and Biryani were outstanding. The vegetarian dishes were also very tasty and well prepared, and the BBQ was especially excellent. A special mention to (Ahmed and Saroj) for their friendly, attentive, and professional service. They made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, excellent food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended! 👌🍽️
