a week agoHi, I'd like to make a complaint about the chicken I received. It was overcooked and badly burnt, and it tasted bitter because of the burnt parts. I wasn't able to enjoy the meal.

a week agoWe had a very worst experience last night where they made me and my friend wait for more than 45 minutes for charcoal chicken , whereas they delivered to the people who came after us ordering the same charcoal. We felt exhausted and when we enquired about the inconvenience, besides saying apologies as a basic manner, they were giving us faulty explanations which is logically unacceptable. We don't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Hospitality is one of the building blocks of restaurants, which they failed totally.
