in the last weekVery disappointing experience. I placed an order, but one of the items I paid for was missing. When I contacted the restaurant, they admitted that it was their mistake and sent the missing item. However, by the time it arrived, the rest of my food had become cold, which completely ruined the meal. What made the situation even worse was that they asked me to pay AED 5 for the delivery of the missing item, even though the mistake was entirely theirs. It is unreasonable to expect a customer to pay extra because of the restaurant’s own error. The management and customer service need significant improvement. Instead of taking responsibility and making things right, they made the experience even more frustrating. I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience.
