ABC Cargo & Courier, Corporate Office – UAE

Terrible Company, terrible service, and extremely careless structure for the full organisation. I shipped few boxes to Germany with them, and as the boxes were not collected in Germany, they were returned to Dubai. The shipment was stuck with them for more than six weeks after the return pending to generate an invoice for the return, I spoke to the manager on duty, who mentioned that I have to wait no matter how long it takes, even if it took a year(his exact words) ABC partners with UPS for international shipments, and they both have the lowest level of professionalism and terrible customer service, I finally received my shipment today, pending investigation for any damage, thanks to their international shipping in-charge (Divya) who is the only individual that cared enough to follow up and understand my daily calls and complaints. The worst thing you could possibly do is deal with ABC Cargo for your Personal shipments!

Very bad service.. they r not responding i called more than 10 times..my shipment was sent more than 5 months ago, until today nothing has been delivered. My cargo is still in some of there port from past 5 months. No update nothing, just the same excuse every times.. the worst shipping company i have ever dealt with.

No Zeroes..Pathetic service from start to finish. My cargo was lost, and the company showed no urgency in resolving the issue. Customer support was unresponsive, and I had to repeatedly chase them for updates. A complete lack of professionalism and responsibility. I strongly advise others to avoid this company if they value their shipments... All 5 stars are bought.

DO NOT GO THROUGH ABC CARGO...UN PROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE UNTRUSTWORTHY and do not sent any stuffs and avail any services . I have booked thru them since 2 months before from Dubai paying premium charges and packaging fees still not received at Mumbai. Everytime i follow up they are giving excuses and new dates just pushing.me to make through air cargo which is very expensive...DO NOT GO WITH ABC CARGO..... YOU WILL REGRET.

One of the worst experiences I ever had, poor service, follow up and lack of accountability! My shipment sitting for more than 20 days and they are not able to figure out a solution either release it .. absolute disappointment
