I don't know how much they paid for the 5 star reviews, because I strongly advise anyone considering Lutfi & Co to think twice. My experience with this firm was deeply frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time and money. From the beginning, there was no clear legal strategy, no proactive support, and barely any meaningful communication. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic updates — and even then, the responses were vague, delayed, or evasive. For a firm that charges premium fees, the quality of service was shockingly poor. What’s worse is that instead of taking responsibility and addressing my concerns, they actually suggested abandoning my case in the middle of an ongoing process. That level of disregard for a client’s legal position is not only unprofessional — it’s unacceptable. I ended up paying AED 41,000 for what amounted to stress, wasted time, and little to no actual legal value. I regret ever working with Lutfi & Co and would not recommend them to anyone seeking reliable or trustworthy legal representation. There are far better and more competent firms out there — this is not one of them.
